Simon and Allyson Blakeway look forward to welcoming you to The Avenue. We are located in a quiet road only a five minute walk to the seafront and a ten minute walk to Shanklin old village.
The Avenue was built in the late 1800s and has recently been completely refurbished to provide high standards of accommodation, cleanliness and comfort. From the moment you arrive we want you to be able to unwind and relax.
The Avenue does not accommodate children under twelve years of age and the maximum number of guests per room is two.
Registered assistance dogs are welcome, owners will be asked to provide proof of registration at check in.
Five off-road parking spaces are available for our guests and train and bus stations are just a few minutes on foot.
Free WIFI is available throughout the building. Motor bikes, Scooters and Bicycles can be parked in the rear garden, out of sight of the road.
Breakfast is served between 8.30 and 9.30. Choose any combination you like from our breakfast menu to set you up for the day ahead. Many of our breakfast items are cooked to order so while you are waiting help yourself to a wide selection of cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit salad and fruit juices.
Vegetarian sausages, gluten free bread, Soy and almond milk, decaffeinated tea and coffee are all available on request.
We are happy to cook an early breakfast for you if you want to make an early start – just let us know the night before.
