‘Old Shanklin’ in Shanklin Old Village, is available for half terms and Christmas holidays, as a self catering house for up to 10 people plus babes in cots. Usually a guest house this contemporary Victorian, spacious house has 5 large en suite bedrooms with TVs, lounge with games (no TV), dining room, well equipped kitchen, garden, parking for 5 cars and WiFi.
The house has a large kitchen with island, 3 ovens, grill, microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer. The dining room will be set up for dining for 10 people. There is also a wine fridge in the dining room.
The house is ideally situated within easy walk of the village, town, seafront, with multiple restaurants, shops, pubs, bars and cafes and the train station. With excellent links by train or bus around the Island and to the mainland a car isn’t necessary.
There is no set arrival day. Check in is from 4pm and check out by 10.30am. Christmas minimum of 7 nights and half terms minimum of 5 nights.
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with final payment 6 weeks prior to arrival. (Please ensure you have travel insurance to cover any cancellation loss)
1 travel cot and 1 high chair available by prior request.

Strictly no smoking in the house or on the grounds and no pets.
All the bedrooms have TVs, wardrobes, drawers and ironing facilities. The suite has a super king size bed and sofa, Jacuzzi bath and separate spa shower, the other two 1st floor rooms have king size beds and new en suite shower rooms from 2016 and 2017. There is a further bedroom on the hall floor with super king size bed (with a step up to the en suite shower room) and another double bedroom with en suite bathroom on the garden floor.
£285 per night for the entire house.
All bookings to be accompanied by a 25% (non-refundable) deposit payable by bank transfer, credit/debit card or cheque.
Balance due no later than 6 weeks prior to reservation.
Check-in from 4pm. Check-out by 10.30 am on day of departure.
