There are circumstances where the SHAA committee will receive details from SHAA members about particular guests who may have behaved in an inappropriate manner. If the SHAA committee believes that the members have a legitimate interest to be made aware of these circumstances the guest’s name only will be shared. The name of a child will not be shared.
